Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships (usually within 24h). AU delivery: 4–10 days. International: 7–21 days. Lost package? Email us and we'll re-ship at our cost.

How do I get a refund?

Email support@norwellness.com with your order number any time within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fee. No interrogation. Keep the bottle.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — in two clicks from your account, or reply to any of our shipping confirmations. We never ship a re-bill you didn't approve.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. AU, NZ, USA, UK, EU. Shipping is calculated at checkout. AU orders over $80 ship free.
